Help has arrived

I do apologize for the gap in time. To be honest I was beginning to get a little bummed out. I’ve mentioned before that I’m living with Parkinson’s disease. That’s the reason behind this adventure. Collecting and polishing rocks was supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic, and it is. Now this store is another story. Let me explain. I do not know much about this technical world that we live in. Hell what am I saying, I know nothing about the technical side of life, and it was becoming very stressful.

Anyone living with Parkinson’s knows that stress needs to be avoided. It becomes very hard to function, and I was very close to giving up on this part of rockhounding. I’m very happy to report that things have changed for the better. My daughter, Leigh, and her boyfriend Rob, who I do consider a son-in-law, have moved to Alabama. I’ll let her tell her own story.

Leigh has agreed to become my partner, and along with Rob things have once again become fun again. Just being able to spend time with her and the grandkids whenever I want is a blessing. Leigh is bubbling over with artistic talent, and Rob’s a wiz on with the computer side of things. We are all like minded, and we believe that there is nothing wrong with the customer getting a good deal. We will do our best to see that you get one. Again thank you all for your support. Have a good night. I’ll write again tomorrow.
